The Magic Box
The Carbonized technology is process combination of Pyrolis and Gasification. Its the process of decomposition of matters using heat radiation without the presence of oxygen (hence no burning and no pollution).
The magic box operates at 100-400 degree celcius as opposed to 700 and 1200 degree celcius for respective processed traditionally. The source of energy is the waste input which the potential energy is converted into heat energy in the process.
In a simple term, the concept is similar to a rice cooker or oven. No fire. Just heat radiation.
Waste comes in, activated carbon + other organic and safe products comes out.
